I signed up for the course to understand myself, stop purposelessly walking around my house and making fuss, set life priorities, find time for myself and things that I like and things important for ME to be a happy mom and have a happy family.
Just after 4 sessions huge positive changes happened in my life, I came to an understanding how to organize my life and the life of my close ones, where I could delegate my responsibilities, and where to find inspiration to care for myself and bring joy to myself and people around me.
I came to an understanding that the world is my oyster, I only need to wish for it. I actively started to change my daily schedule and made time for my personal activities like yoga, meditations, painting, reading, walking. It was important for me to fill my day with useful activities, not just household chores and scrolling social networks.
During the coaching time I realized my subconscious wishes, learnt to listen to myself. My inner state has improved, I’ve become more patient towards my husband and kids. I understood that happiness is neither the result nor the end, that’s the way. It’s possible to make myself happy every day, with small things, but everybody will benefit from that.
